OUR STORY

David Eldridge and Mike Talbot, with a combined experience of over 50 years in marketing technology, saw an opportunity to transform the audience engagement space.

It is becoming increasingly clear that the usual forms of engagement are becoming less productive with declining response rates. The current way to engage audiences is just not sustainable. There has to be a better way.

The market is moving to a more personalised 1:1 approach to engagement, but is this sufficient to motivate a response? What they realised is that it is not just about deciding which offers might be of interest to the individual but more importantly what kind of rewarding experience can be provided.

It is all about creating an engagement experience that is as valuable and rewarding as possible by making it fun, informative, exciting, competitive, and rewarding, all at the same time.

David Eldridge, Chairman
David Eldridge, Chairman

David established his first company, age 14, to market the software he wrote, which won first prize in a BBC National Competition.

Roles at Shell and GB Group were followed in 1997  by the co-founding of Alterian plc, where David led its IPO in 2000 and its development to become a recognised leader in the marketing platform space. He is joint founder of 3radical.

Featured in BtoB Magazine’s “Who’s who in BtoB” and Data Strategy’s “Power 50 in Data”, David sits on the Board of several high growth tech companies.

Michael Fisher, CEO
Michael Fisher, CEO

Michael Fisher, Ed.D. brings over 25 years of experience in organizational transformation through research, education, and revenue growth.

He specialized in helping companies build collaborative, connected, cohesive cultures, with a commitment to personal and professional development and success.

Disciplines included: progressive leadership and decision making, responsive data and analytics, nimble sales effectiveness, and agile customer data and business intelligence technology assessments. Additionally, Michael is on the board of directors of TheCustomer.

Sam Baker, VP, Customer Success
Sam Baker, VP, Customer Success

Based in Singapore, Sam leads customer success at 3radical, working with the global customer success teams to drive continual improvement in the service we deliver to our clients. Sam also acts as the voice of the customer in the planning of future improvements and developments in our software.

A marketer by trade and a communications expert, Sam has over 20 years of experience in understanding the needs and motivations of individuals, and planning and executing marketing and communication strategies to meet them.

Kevin Bauer, SVP, Strategic Services

Kevin has over 25 years of experience as an executive leader and operator in marketing and digital transformation.  He has built and run marketing and digital transformation programs at scale for some of the largest brands in the US and Europe. With hands-on experience in marketing, technology, data and enterprise transformation in industries as diverse as retail, services, technology, healthcare, financial services and more, his particular focus is on how strategic planning, data strategy, marketing technology and consumer experience work together to unlock profitable growth and consumer loyalty.

Aaron has spent the last 13 years working in a wide variety of digital roles spanning fields as diverse as tv-on-demand, life science marketing and e-commerce.

As head of development he oversees all practical parts of the development of the Voco platform. Ensuring the highest possible quality standards are adhered to throughout the life-cycle of every solution.

Rebecca Trivella, UK Sales Director

Rebecca realised her interest in how to improve decisions and outcomes with data, when working for Sainsbury’s Homebase, at the start of her career. With a background in Design, it was the logical thought process of bringing together different ideas and information, with an ambition to improve the outcome, that got her continually excited.

Following her time at Sainsbury’s, she went on to develop her career helping organisations derive value from data and tech with a focus on Marketing, at ACNielsen, IRI, Alterian, SDL and most recently, Data Science consulting firm, Mango Solutions.

Rebecca has more than 25 years experience in Commercial roles with a passion to bring out the best in a team; supporting individuals, clients and the Company to realise the potential.

Linda Vetter, SVP, Marketing
Linda Vetter, SVP, Marketing

Linda Vetter is a tactical demand generation expert with over 20 years of experience implementing strategic brand awareness and lead generation marketing programs for B2B companies. As SVP, Marketing at 3radical, Linda is responsible for building in-market recognition, credibility, and demand for 3radical’s Voco audience engagement platform across North America, United Kingdom, and APAC. Prior, Linda was Head of Demand Gen at Fluent, Inc., VP Marketing at Motista, SVP, Marketing at Yes Lifecycle Marketing, and Director, Marketing at Alterian, where she first met David Eldridge and Michael Fisher.

Born and bred on the northside of Chicago, Linda is a foodie-in-training, wine-snob-wanna-be, and tries not to need to be talked off the ledge regarding her beloved Chicago Cubs… there’s always next year.

Clive Armitage, Non-Exec

Clive is CEO and founder of Agent3, an award-winning digital marketing solution business with offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Sofia.

Previously CEO of Bite Communications, an agency with more than 300 people in 14 offices. During his career, Clive has worked in California and South Africa.

An avid West Ham United fan (for his sins), Clive juggles his business career with a (demanding) wife, three (unruly) children and a (disobedient) dog called Frisco.

George Stavrinidis, Non-Exec

George has a technical background. His roles have spanned strategic consulting, business development and operations in a career focused on leading edge technologies.

As CEO of Lone Worker Solutions, the private company has become a global market leader. George formerly held positions with Perot Systems/DELL, Accenture and BP.

George advises several high growth companies. He is also a School Governor.
