Dr. Marigo Raftopoulos, Principal Consultant, Strategic Innovation Lab  (Keynote):
Marigo is a strategic business advisor specialising in enterprise innovation and digital transformation. Marigo is the founder and CEO of the Strategic Innovation Lab, and is also an advisor to several technology incubators and start-ups, as well as an advisor on the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 Innovation Agenda. Marigo works with a wide range of global clients in accelerating innovation and organisational development using the tools of engagement that are fundamental to speculative design, futures thinking and gamification. Marigo holds a PhD in enterprise gamification and has created the popular Gamification Design Sprint methodology. Her current focus is on how organisations can augment human and artificial intelligence as a driver of the future innovation potential of teams, organisations, and the future of work. Michelle Koh, Manager, Market Development, DesignSingapore Council
Michelle is responsible for the planning and organisation of broad-based outreach programmes on the value of Design to enterprises. She is part of the Market Development team that looks into growing demand for design innovation and strategy. Follow Michelle on LinkedIn.

Dickie Widjaja, Chief Information Officer, Investree:
Dickie began his career as a Database Administrator in California before returning to Indonesia to become Regional Content Manager at Lycos Asia. He became Head of the e-Channels Portal at AstraWorld responsible for managing automotive customer web content and operations for the entire Astra Group, and then went on to help build a premium SMS system for Telkomsel. Aside from working hands-on in operations, Dickie also became a Technical Advisor to several large companies, Including Purple Analytics Asia Pte. Ltd. as Head of Business Development (formerly SPSS Indonesia). Working in the IT world for the last 15 years has pushed Dickie towards embracing new challenges: finding and determining technological positions in running businesses. Relying on his expertise in maximizing the role of the Internet in creating markets, Dickie joined Investree to help add sophistication to financing activities in Indonesia to conversely make them simpler and easier to engage. Sam Baker, VP Global Customer Success, 3radical:
Sam leads customer success at 3radical, working with the global teams to drive continual improvement in the service 3radical delivers to its clients. Sam also acts as the voice of the customer in the planning of future improvements and developments in software. Sitting on the senior management team, Sam works closely with the wider leadership team to drive the overall success of 3radical, its software, and its clients. Gregg Lewis, Head of Commercial APAC, 3radical (Host):
Gregg is responsible for 3radical’s business development in APAC, helping business leaders identify significant opportunities within customer and employee engagement to successfully accomplish their business objectives. Prior to 3radical, Gregg was with the world’s leading technology research and advisory firm Gartner, supporting some of Southeast Asia’s largest Banks’ CXOs in digital banking transformation, as well as other vertical markets in leveraging technology to drive BPO, cost optimisation, and other various data-related initiatives.
